We send the goods within 1-2 days after the payment.
Your order will be delivered to the chosen address or post office within 2-5 days from the
dispatch of the goods
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration. If provided
information inaccurate (or incorrect) we are not responsible for possible delivery problems.
The jewelry in Kaunas can be delivered on the same day after contacting us.

According to the law of the Republic of Lithuania, jewelry is not exchanged or returned, but in search of a compromise and taking into account the buyer's expectations, in some cases it is possible to exchange or return the goods. Returns are not available for jewelry designed specifically for you. The following conditions must be met in order to return or replace a defective or unreliable product:
The returned goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
The returned goods must not have lost its commercial appearance;
The returned goods should be packed in original and undamaged package;
Only unused goods can be returned;
When returning the goods, a document confirming the purchase of the goods must be submitted;
The costs of returning the goods to the seller shall be paid by the Buyer;
Return the item to the address provided on the package when you received the parcel

If the product is broken or has other defects that occur for reasons other than wearing, such as
jewelry with stones lost the eyelet, then such a product is considered a factory defect and is
therefore sent for repair free of charge.
If the product is discolored, abraded, scratched, we suggest updating it (additional costs may
apply);
If you decide to change the size of the item, for e.g. if the ring has become too big /
small for you, the product will be sent for processing at an additional cost (it is the
customer's responsibility to indicate the correct item size).
If the specified conditions are met and the product is returned, the money will be refunded within 14 working days.
